Current Celestial Energies 💫💜

A message for those who have been feeling all the feels today.

If you’ve been having all the feels today, that is not a coincidence — Gaia is clearing the collective pain body, which activates our souls’ memories of painful experiences.

Gaia’s clearings have been happening quite regularly in the last few years, increased by massive solar flares that affect our collective and personal electromagnetic bodies. She too has an electromagnetic body — an auric field with energy meridians — just as humans do. A sentient being who interacts with these solar energies, when Gaia clears her auric field, she’s clearing ours as well.

Thank you Gaia. 💜🌎

So when we are feeling all the feels, these feelings are both ours and not ours — we are re-experiencing soul memories, as well as ancestral ones encoded in our DNA. It can feel overwhelming, with big emotions arising for reasons we don’t understand. We might have a triggering event that makes us feel things that make no sense. Or we might just be feeling all the feels in general.

However we are experiencing this, just know that it’s a good experience to have those emotions. We want the emotions to rise in our bodies so that we can then acknowledge them and reparent them. We can think of them as wounded children who just want to be heard. They want to be held, to be experienced. They want us to understand where they’re coming from, what they’ve been through. They want us to hear their stories.

These stories seep into our consciousness in various ways. Perhaps there’s a random thought we can’t let go of, or a line from a song that’s on repeat in our head. Maybe a current narrative just keeps replaying around us, trying to get our attention. It might be a victim narrative, maybe an unworthiness narrative. Whatever it is, even it if feels familiar, it is actually not a personal wound — it is collective wound, showing up in very personal ways.

And there is an added dynamic: those who are in charge of the Matrix are tweaking these wounded feelings. They know that Gaia is clearing the collective pain body, and they are capitalizing on that. They are playing up the unworthiness narratives so that we will stay in that pain body and forget that we are Source. We are far more easy to control when we’re engulfed in the stories our minds are telling us.

Our minds really love stories. If you are on Substack, you may be a writer yourself, and maybe you love stories too. I know I certainly do! I love telling stories, listening to stories, delving into stories.

And that’s what we’re being asked to let go of: we are to simply bear witness to the stories our minds tell us when we have painful emotions. Whatever the narratives that accompany our big feelings, we are to distance ourselves enough to understand that we are not the stories — they are things we have experienced in our many lives, but they are just experiences, not who we truly are.

Our souls are so, so much more than just our human experiences.

By way of example: I had an encounter with a police officer today, and he was so kind, I found myself becoming extremely emotional. He didn’t give me a ticket — that was part of his kindness — but rather than feel grateful, his kindness actually triggered a feeling of deep unworthiness and shame in me. I felt I didn’t deserve his kindness, for I was only worthy of poverty and punishment. And that feeling was so familiar, it was almost comforting — I took refuge in that feeling of victimhood.

As soon as I had that thought — I am only worthy of poverty — I recognized that it was both a soul wound (eg, he and I had done this dance before in another life) as well as collective one. It was coming up so that I could see it clearly and then stop identifying with it, so as to let it go.

Luckily, there is a very simple and somatic way to let go of these beliefs: we can breathe into the feeling and let go of the story.

There are two components to these big feelings: there’s the feeling itself, which is purely somatic, and there’s the story our mind is telling us about it. The narrative has nothing to do with the feeling — the mind is just attempting to make sense of it, so it creates a story around it. Oh, you feel bad right now? Let me tell you why — that’s the mind talking, and it’s extremely unhelpful when it does that.

A way to work with our mind when big feelings arise is to give it the assignment of identifying the feeling: hey, mind, I want you to distill this feeling into one simple sentence that I can work with. And the mind actually enjoys that task, which in turn frees us to simply breathe and feel.

Let’s work with my feelings of shame: I breathe into the shame and allow myself to feel it in my body. Sometimes I’ll be able to identify where it resides pretty easily — right now, I can feel it right in my heart center. So I breathe into that feeling and I direct the breath to my chest. When I breathe out, I’m letting go of all of the tension that goes with that shame while simultaneously accepting that it’s there.

I’m not actively trying to change or fix anything. I’m not trying to shut it down. I’m just experiencing it and then letting it go with acceptance, even gratitude. Breathing into the shame and then letting it go with acceptance and gratitude for the experience of feeling shame.

Feeling shame about being poor has been a huge part of the human experience — many humans have experienced this shame of poverty, both in our ancestry as well as our current lives. So to experience it so keenly was quite poignant, and invoked within me great compassion for all of the humans who have experienced this.

And now we are letting it go. Now we are coming into a place of Source Abundance, which may not be apparent when considering all that is transpiring in material reality. This return to Source is happening in the subtle realms, discernible to those who slow down and focus inward. When we choose to listen to our emotions and pay attention to conscious breath, that’s when we are able to shift out of scarcity / separation mindset into Source Abundance.

By doing this very simple exercise of breathing into the emotion, identifying the story, then breathing out with acceptance, we are doing three radical things:

  1. We are clearing our field.

  2. We are clearing the collective field.

  3. We are aligning ourselves with Source, thus taking ourselves out of the Matrix.

So this is no small work.

When I’m doing this practice, sometimes a specific memory will show up for me — all of a sudden, I’ll have a knowing of where that feeling comes from, or maybe a visual or physical sensation, a flash of memory and then that enables me to communicate with my own soul.

In breathing into my feelings after my encounter with the police officer, I got a flash of the lifetime we’d shared: I’d been a serf working the land of a nobleman (the cop). He had shown me kindness by giving me time off when I was ill, then gifting food to my family. Rather than feel grateful, I’d felt nothing but shame at receiving it. I was but a lowly peasant, how could I be worthy of such gifts from a Lord? I knew my place, and the other serfs knew it too. I was afraid I’d be punished for being so favored.

If such a memory occurs, I thank my body and soul for it: Thank you soul for showing me this. Thank you body for being this wise repository of soul memories, of ancestral memories. Thank you for helping me understand these big feelings.

Now that I understand, I can consciously breathe into the feeling with compassion for that part of my soul journey. Then I release the story, for I no longer identify with it. I recognize that it was the truth for a former me, but it’s not true for me anymore.

Even if I don’t get a memory, I can still imagine the stories dissolving into light as I’m breathing and feeling. When I do this, I am returning the story to Source, as well as bringing a previously lost part of my soul back into my body.

Again, no small work.

All of this separation around us — perceiving each other as separate beings, perceiving nature or any of our surrounding world as separate from us — all of that is illusion. Whatever is within us is also outside of us. We can work with that by seeing everything around us as a mirror for what’s happening within us. Because we are multidimensional beings who have forgotten how to perceive our own multidimensionality, seeing everything around us as a mirror is a way we can start to understand the messages our soul is trying to tell us.

By doing this very simple exercise of breathing and feeling into our emotions, not only are we attuning to our multidimensional soul nature, but we’re also helping Gaia clear the collective. When we do this work, we are light-workers returning soul fragments to Source. We are cleaning up the planet at a multidimensional level.

And this is tremendous.

So if you have been feeling all the feels, I hope this transmission helps you sit with these feelings and hear what your soul has to say. If you haven’t been consciously communicating with your soul, let this be the beginning of an ongoing conversation.

Much love and light to you — thank you for being here on this planet at this time. It’s not easy, but we’re all helping with this shift back into Source Consciousness. It’s a collective effort involving many celestial and terrestrial beings, and that includes awakened humans. When you choose to breathe into your emotions and let go of the stories, you are aiding this effort powerfully. It is genuinely happening, and even if you can’t see it now, the more you attune to the subtle realms with breathing and feeling, the more the shift will reveal itself.

Thank you for being part of this cosmic revolution.

Much love and many blessings,
Carrie 💜
